PEEK temporary abutment for implant prosthetics
Temporary abutment in a biocompatible PEEK compound for temporary restorations in implant prosthetics and dental surgery. The part is designed for precise external contours, a high surface quality and low levels of flash and particles.
The Temporary Abutment is produced by precision injection moulding using a master mould with 16 conversion sets, each with two cavities. The economical changeover concept, the high-gloss external contour produced by appropriately polished mould surfaces, concealed gating and reproducible part quality are decisive; parts undergo 100% visual inspection, supplemented by optical and tactile sample inspections.
