Quick-coupling housing for fluid lines in the engine compartment
Quick-coupling housing for connecting fluid lines in automotive applications. The moulded part is designed for secure locking, a reliable sealing function and stable part characteristics under the thermal and mechanical loads of the engine compartment.
It is produced by precision injection moulding in PA66 in an eight-cavity injection mould with a hot-runner system. The focus is on dimensionally accurate internal contours, reproducible snap-fit geometries and the reliable reproduction of the hose connection, snap-fit windows and function-critical sealing areas.
