New facility and capacity expansion

Site development with a technical focus
The new facility is an important step in BERGER’s development. It was driven by increasing demands from customer projects, additional production volumes and the need to align production, operations and quality-related processes more effectively within the facility.
The aim was not simply to create more floor space. What mattered was a layout that supports clear material and process flows, stable workflows and further growth at the Kenzingen site. This created the basis for taking on new requirements systematically and implementing them reliably.
More space for production and supporting functions
The expansion includes additional areas for production, administration and process-related functions. This allows production steps to be organised better, interfaces to be managed more clearly and internal workflows to be structured more effectively.
For our customers, the practical benefits of this site development are: more capacity, greater planning certainty and a production environment designed for technical plastic parts with defined quality requirements.
A basis for further development
With the expansion we have created the physical and organisational basis to develop our production further in the long term. This applies to both existing production and new projects, where material, mould, process and inspection have to be considered together at an early stage.
The new facility therefore represents a targeted investment in the Kenzingen site – with quality, growth and reliable collaboration in mind.
