New ELEKTRON EVO50-120

Targeted expansion for production projects in medical technology
The investment in the ELEKTRON EVO50-120 is part of our ongoing expansion of capacity for precision plastic parts for medical technology. What counts is not additional machine capacity alone, but a production platform capable of manufacturing small, quality-critical parts reliably.
For our customers this means greater reliability during ramp-up, process release and ongoing production. In sensitive applications in particular, mould, material, process window and inspection concept have to be aligned early so that subsequent production remains stable.
All-electric technology for controlled movement sequences
All-electric machine technology supports precise movements and finely controllable process control. This is particularly relevant where tight tolerances, delicate geometries or consistent surface quality are required.
The “Mosaic” machine control system complements this approach with clear operating logic. Processes can be set up, monitored and adjusted in a structured way where necessary – important for repeatable results in production.
Efficiency as part of the process strategy
Compared with hydraulic machines, the ELEKTRON EVO series reduces energy and water consumption. It therefore reduces operating costs and improves the economics of recurring production processes.
For BERGER the machine is therefore more than an increase in capacity: it combines precise process control, efficient use of resources and a robust production basis for plastic parts that have to function reliably in the application.
